I’m not sure if you looking for a specific state, but I know of one run by the State of Minnesota located in St. Peter, MN.

Johnson Chemical Dependency Center offers primary, extended care and outpatient treatment options to adult men and women with substance abuse issues. Specialized program offerings include residential or outpatient treatment for people with the dual diagnosis of chemical dependency and mental illness, relapse prevention, a women’s treatment program and an outpatient pathological gambling.
