Question by Maricopa County: Why do illegals get prefered treatment when arrested the police refuse to even enter their name in a data base?
Why do illegal get preferred treatment when arrested the police refuse to enter their name in a data base and so does this mean illegals are free to break laws at will with no consequences unless a violate comical act took place then police even at this point must find out is ok to run a check or do police prefer to let them go free ?
denied a request from the Washington Examiner for statistics on local criminal charges for inmates held on illegal immigration warrants because the jail does not keep the information on electronic records, said county corrections director Arthur Wallenstein.

“We cannot deliver what you are seeking,” Wallenstein said in an e-mail. “We have no computer that sorts by [ICE warrant] — it is simply not relevant.”

Said Jon Feere, a legal policy analyst for the Center for Immigration Studies: “Montgomery County’s apparent lack of interest in tracking crime associated with illegal immigration is consistent with Chief [Thomas] Manger’s dangerous sanctuary policy. Turning a blind eye on these problems does not benefit public safety.”

Sanctuary cities are jurisdictions that do not enforce federal immigration laws.

Wallenstein did not respond to requests for comment regarding Feere’s statement.

As you can see from this story the police will not even report an illegal lets say an illegal murdered somebody and yet the police here would let him walk free and clear and why should illegals get away with murders, drinking and driving, hit and runs, free to drive without a license or insurance all with the blessing of the police dept, who refuse to even run them through a criminal data base. How long before the Mexican drug cartel relocates to this state ?

Because they cry racism if you confront them. Here in Ventura County (Oxnard to be exact), police have roadside sobriety checkpoints. When an illegal gets pulled in, their car is impounded because they don’t have a license. They are crying that it’s unfair. They want special laws just for them. Time to start massive deportations…..immediately.

not sure if you are aware of the fact that each state has its knockoff of their own constitutions…..that is why our country’s balls fail to attach to its backbone.

Article IV, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution:

“The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against invasion…”

so where is this protection—-it is being denied to us by our own state governments merely for their profit…..
